i like to run the air conditioner from when i start the car till i get out. lately ive gotten a little musty smell when i first start the car and have the fans going. with this, its gone.
i thought it was extremely simple to install, maybe because my acura was kind of pain.
Good replacement - DIY and save
This filter appears to be better constructed and with more carbon than the Honda OEM filter I replaced. I think one could argue that the need to regularly replace the air cabin filter is limited though vehicles that operate in a lot of dust might very well need the filter to be at least vacuumed every once in a while to maintain sufficient airflow. Certainly having a filter is better than not having one at all but my experience suggests that changing the cabin air filter is one of those extremely profitable dealer maintenance items: my local Honda dealer pegged the price at $99 for our Odyssey!! Far better in this case: buy the appropriate filter online, look up the replacement instructions for your vehicle online (many helpful people post pictures and/or videos), and save yourself a bunch of money and the time at the dealer (it was a 5 minute max chore). I bought two and figure this should do me for about 100k miles.
I considered rating it a 5 but reserve that for seeing how it holds up in use.
Excellent product
Dealer wanted $105 to install a new cabin filter during a routine service. Watched a youtube video on exactly how to do this yourself and was able to complete the entire job in about 2 minutes with no tools. The Fram filter seems better made than the original Honda filter. The Fram filter has a charcoal layer that the Honda original filter did not. Fit perfectly. No problems. Saved over $80 and it was easy. High recommed this product.
Fits Civic2006 perfectly
Fits my 2006 Honda Civic EX perfectly. There's an arrow on one side of the filter, indicating direction of air-flow, which you match up to the arrow on the air-filter frame. Love the convenience of not having to go to the dealer, or even the auto-parts store.
I double checked Amazon's part recommendation for my car against FRAM's website before ordering, and Amazon's recommendation was accurate.

Prius Cabin Filter - AmazonAbsolutely the only way to go. Dealer was going to charge more than $80 to install this filter. Ordered the filter and installed it outselves and with the free shipping over $25 purchase, this was a tremendous savings. We knew it would fit before we purchased it because the ordering process requires you to input the make and year of your car and lets you know ahead of time if it is for your car. In today's economy, this is great.
Amazon had to ship in two shipments and I still paid no shipping fees because the total order was over $25 and I did not require an immediate rush.

Great Price, Easy Install, Fresh Air
This fits perfectly in a 2004 - 2005 Toyota Prius with a Hybrid engine. Simple install took less than 5 minutes and the price for the filter was definitely cheaper that what was available in dealers and most stores. To scare more people into changing their cabin air filters more often, I just changed mine for the first time at 50k. The original one that came with the car had turned black and there were leaves, pollen, and bugs stuck to it. Definitely should have changed it sooner.
Toyota has a better quality OEM filter
Toyota offers two OEM air filter: standard and high-quality. I'd place the Fram filter somewhere in between those. If you're not up to removing your glove compartment; you might want to have the dealer install an OEM filter. On Toyota's, it's fairly simple to replace the cabin filter and it only takes a few minutes. This filter reduces the airflow so the fan has to work harder than it did with the standard OEM filter. This is the first cabin filter replacement in 7 years and my old filter wasn't that dirty. I don't drive on dirt roads so I don't need to change cabin air filters that often.
Great filter, great price
After being told the Toyota dealer wanted $70 to replace my Prius cabin air filter, I went online and found a YouTube video on how to replace it. Bought this filter, with a $6 rebate and no shipping charge for two, which is far superior to the original equipment (more pletes, carbon and baking soda filtration) -- and it fit perfectly in the existing tray. It took me less than one minute to replace the filter. It was so easy.

Have a CR-V? Buy this!You should watch the YouTube video to see how to replace it -- it helps.. (just search on YouTube for: cabin air filters CRV). The whole thing takes 5 minutes once you see how. Fits my 2005 CR-V, and others... Made the AC run better, and you believe how disgusting the old filters look!

No Surprises
Two filters fit my Honda CRV just fine. No problems. Air is much fresher, glad I finally got around to replacing these. Its worth your time, and not really that hard to do. Way worth it when most places are charing 100 bucks to replace these...

Good OEM replacement
Didn't notice any change in odor in my car, but I really didn't have a problem to begin with. But it's cheaper than OEM and even some of the other aftermarket filters! Perfect fit.

A good quality productI saw this product selling in Walmart, and almost bought it there. Fortunately, I waited and searched in Amazon.com and found it selling cheaper. The quality of the product is good, and especially it is carbon-activated. The air flow of the air-condition seem not to be affected. Would recommend those who are looking for cabin filter replacement to try it.
Don't Buy The Toyota Filter
This is a far better choice for the Camry than the Toyta filter at more than twice the price. The activated charcoal in the filter is less likely to grow mold and the baking soda that is impregnated in the filter core cuts down on odors that your AC system grows through the summer.
Does not fit 2008 Camry
CF10132 does not fit the Camry as stated in the installation instructions. Have to squeeze the sides in about 1 inch to jam it into the slot.
Easiest Install You'll Ever do on your vehicle!
I would like to think that nearly all cabin air filters are installed behind the glove compartment in the front passenger side of the vehicle. If this is the case for you, then this installation is the easiest thing you'll ever do on your vehicle. Do not pay anyone else to do something so simple.
The filter fit perfectly and there is an arrow to make sure you install it in the proper air-flow direction. Couldn't have been any easier. Very glad I purchased this filter.
The "fresh breeze" is not noticeable, so don't expect this filter to magically make your cabin smell great...you'll still have to clean it out the old-fashioned way with a little elbow grease if you know what I mean!

Replaced OEM cabin filter with thisI just replaced my 2007 Camry LE 4-cylinder cabin filter with this one. The quality looks similar to the OEM and isn't as soft compared to the FRAM fresh breeze. I went to my local Walmarts and they carried the Fram fresh breeze for $19 because it has the baking soda to reduce odor. I think ask long as you change your cabin filter regularly it will be fine and you get to save a few dollars.

Great alternative to OEM
I purchased this to replace the OEM cabin filter in my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The filter catches dust and some leaves and keeps the cabin smelling fresh. Its not as rigid as the factory part, but seems to be doing a good enough job for 1/3 the price. They are quick and easy to install and takes less than 5 minutes to do it yourself. Save yourself some money and get these.

I kept blaming the kids for eating in the car, but turns out the smell was the moldy old filter. Change yours and get that nearly new car smell back.
Fresh air
Very happy with this air filter. Fits nicely on my 09 Corolla. Price was much less than at Dealer's. Could not find it locally Pepboys or Walmart. Now I get more cabin air and its very fresh!
