Late Night Alumni – Potions

My dream is to have a place of my own. I’m not picky with what I want, a condo or house. A place where I can shout and scream and my neighbors won’t complain. It has to be safe, but it also has to have a place to park my car and motorcycle. Perhaps a small storage on the side where I can leave my pink fixie in. It’s better if I live in the city, I want to use my own two legs more than driving from place to place.

I want to live on my own. I don’t want my boyfriend there, no roommates, I don’t want my family there. I will paint my living room walls a grape purple and lime green. All my furniture will be white and carpets be a pastel floral. I want to have flowers draping down from my double-paned windows. It doesn’t matter if it was a one story or two story house. No attic. Basement still sounds scary to me but I can probably put it to good use. Maybe a small bar with a billiard table. Or fill it with love seats and a HD projector screen on the wall, make it into a home theater.

My kitchen will have shiny blood red cabinets and marble counter tops. The neck of my faucet and sink would be black. I will have all the bake wear I need tucked in a drawer. I don’t need a dining table, I want two bar stools beside the tall table against the wall. There will be a couch and flat screen TV in the same room.

My bathroom will have white tiles. The wallpaper will have a pink 70s flapper girl design. There will be fluffy white mats, toilet seat covers, and towels. I will have a cabinet to hide everything because I have a product addiction. My bathroom either has a shower-tub, or those modern shower designs with implanted sauna. The shower head will stream from the top of the ceiling.

My home office. This is where I’ll put my Macbook pro and PC desktop with 42″ monitor in one corner. Most of the space would be taken up by my art supplies and artwork. I will frame and hang my artwork, covering the walls from ceiling to floor. All the most pop-art furniture would be. From desk designs, chairs, windows, lamps, ceiling lights, to pens & pencils.
