The new Greeves Trials bike was seen at a practice site in the UK, being tested, but with a reported price tag of $13,000 - I think they are unlikely to sell enough to pay for the rent.

Steve Foord phoned yesterday, with news he had been out at Blackfoot Park on the Beta Enduro bike - getting in some bike time before the first race next month. - He also mentioned that the SGC Trial slated for Lethbridge has now fallen through and will be held at Blackfoot instead.

The other Steve ( Saunders) mailed yesterday to say he is finally getting my order together ( carbon stuff & gloves etc) - so we should have it soon.

For Vintage enthusiasts, I have posted a bunch of pics on the classic album - some nice artist impressions of the old bikes in there as well.

Just took another look at the pics of the Ossa Prototype on the well put together web-site. - The bike certainly has some innovative ideas, including the mounting of the gas tank in front of the radiator - but of course this does raise the question of how it will cool. - One thing that looks similar to the old bike, is the very long kick-start lever - hopefully this will not have the pointed end that caused gashes to many a rider’s leg in the past.
