12 Volt, 105 Amp New Delco 1-Wire Marine Alternator fits Mercrusier, OMC and many other applications.Alternator - Delco 10SI Series
105 Amp, 12 Volt, CW, 1-Groove Pulley, 1-Wire
This New alternator is known as the universal fit alternator and will fit many applications. It has a 2 inch wide mounting foot and threaded adjusting ear.
You need only the main charging wire connected from the positive post of the battery to the alternator output terminal.
Comes complete with a Self Exciting Regulator.
Comes Complete with New Coast Guard Approved Screens and Cover.
1-V Pulley and Front Mounting Bolt. 6 grove Pulley Available on Request.

1 Wire alternator
Great service, quick shipping, easy installation, no problems. I would suggest that they include at least basic installation instructions for those who are unfamiliar or questionable about what to do about the three-wire set-up that they're replacing. Other than that, outstanding.
105 Amp Marine Alternater
It works well so far, but gets vey hot. It is really just an automotive alternator with a shiny slip-on cover with a screen on it to prevent flame travel. All that extra covering though makes it difficult for heat to escape, so I question it's durability since heat kills electronics. It is made in China, that's who it is only $80 instead of $300 like the other ones.

GM Recalls 2010 Heavy Duty Vans for Serious Risk of Fire
Owners of 2010 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana 2500 and 3500 models should park their vans away from buildings and other vehicles and disconnect the battery because of a serious risk of fire. GM announced today that the alternators used in the heavy duty vans can cause a fire in the vans and a recall and stop sale have been ordered. According to Autoblog , the stop sale means that any of the 2010 GM heavy duty vans recalled that have been sold to rental agencies cannot be rented to customers.
Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana 1500 owners should not be alarmed. Their vans are safe and use a different alternator. Likewise, any older GMC Savana and Chevrolet Express 2500 and 3500s are unaffected by the recall.
Any owner of a 2005 through 2010 GM van, SUV or truck who had their alternator replaced should check their work order to see if AC Delco part numbers 15200110, 15288861, 15263859 or 15847291 were used. If any of those parts were installed, or the work order doesn’t specify which alternator was used as a replacement part, owners are instructed to park the vehicle away from anything flammable and remove the battery cables.
GM says that it will contact owners of any affected vans as soon as the company has devised a fix for the faulty alternator. Until then, there are about 5,000 vans that have been sold to customers and rental agencies nationwide that are now unable to be driven.
